Return and Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges
We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at customer.service@mytinyloves.co.za. If your return or exchange is accepted, we will book The Courier Guy to pick up the product from you. In case of an exchange, the courier cost (R90 incl. VAT) will be for your account.

Kindly note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and Defective Goods
Please inspect your goods upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can fix it.             
Images or evidence of the damaged/defective product will be required in order to begin the process, whereby we will book The Courier Guy to pick the product up from you.                                                                                                            We will only process the refund once the product has arrived back with us and we have assessed the damaged or defective item. 

Sale Items and Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items, items purchased with a promo code or gift cards unless the item is damaged or defective.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed via EFT. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to reflect the refund on your account.
