This is the Privacy Policy of My Tiny Loves, a sole proprietorship that sells baby and nursery goods via an e-commerce platform. This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by My Tiny Loves, and users of My Tiny Loves’s website, available at https://mytinyloves.co.za, and other platforms (collectively you). Some parts of this Privacy Policy are however relevant only to some of you.

How can you access and correct your personal information?
You have the right to contact My Tiny Loves at any time requesting:
(1) confirmation that My Tiny Loves has your personal information;
(2) access to the records containing your personal information or a description of the personal information that My Tiny Loves holds about you; and
(3) the identity or categories of third parties who have had, or currently have, access to your personal information.
When making a request My Tiny Loves requires adequate proof of your identity which will include providing a certified copy of your identity / registration documents.
My Tiny Loves will try to provide you with suitable means of accessing information, where you are entitled to it, by for example, posting or emailing it to you.
There may be instances where My Tiny Loves cannot grant you access to your personal information. For example, if your access would interfere with the privacy of others or would result in a breach of confidentiality or legal professional privilege, My Tiny Loves may need to refuse access. If My Tiny Loves refuses you access, it will give you written reasons for its refusal.
If you believe that any personal information that My Tiny Loves holds about you is inaccurate, irrelevant, outdated, incomplete or misleading, you may request My Tiny Loves to correct it in the form prescribed by law. My Tiny Loves will consider whether the information requires correction, deletion or destruction and if it does not agree that there are grounds for action, you may request that My Tiny Loves adds a note to the personal information stating that you disagree with it.
My Tiny Loves may charge you a reasonable fee to cover its administrative and other reasonable costs in providing the information to you. My Tiny Loves will not charge you for simply making the request or for making any corrections to your personal information.
Unlawful access to your personal information
If you believe that your personal information has been unlawfully accessed or acquired, please contact My Tiny Loves using the contact information below and provide details of the incident so that My Tiny Loves can investigate it.
My Tiny Loves will treat your complaint confidentially (unless otherwise required by law), investigate your complaint and aim to ensure that your complaint is resolved within a reasonable time.
Changes to your personal information
Should your personal information change, please inform My Tiny Loves and provide it with all changes to your personal information as soon as reasonably possible to enable My Tiny Loves to update your personal information.
